We quote per project, not per hour. Three things move the price up or down. Everything else is fixed.
Five pages and a contact form is one number. A 30-page marketing site with a blog and gated content is another. We scope honestly.
Most projects run 4–8 weeks. Rush timelines are possible, but cost more because they crowd out other clients.
Hosting, monitoring, small updates, and quarterly check-ins are a flat monthly fee — predictable, not surprise-billed.

We quote per project after a discovery call, with a clear fixed price and a payment schedule (typically 50% to start, 50% at launch). Hosting and ongoing care are a separate flat monthly fee.
Do I own the site when you're done?
Yes. You own your domain, your design, and the code. If we ever part ways, we'll help you migrate cleanly.
Can I just hire you for SEO or hosting if I already have a site?
Sometimes — depends on what the site is built on. We'll audit first and tell you honestly if we can stand behind it.
What happens after launch?
We monitor uptime, keep dependencies patched, run quarterly performance reviews, and handle small content updates. Bigger changes are scoped separately.
